What started as a New York schnitzel shop grew into a kosher franchise with locations across three states — and a simple house rule that never changed: every schnitzel is breaded by hand when ordered and fried to golden crispness, never held under a lamp. More than twenty-five sauces, all made in-house, let every family member customize without negotiation.
On the Menu
The Kung Fu Schnitzel — sesame-panko chicken in a baguette — leads the hit parade, trailed by the Shwanitzel wrap, an unapologetic union of shawarma, schnitzel and fries. The Tony Special layers marinated grilled chicken with garlic, jalapeño and spicy mayos, while the Double Decker burger and the pastrami-topped burger handle the beef side of the family.
